The Vagina Symphony

The balance of having a fresh and healthy vagina takes experience. I know this topic well because I have a real and organic Vagina. How many times have you been sexually active and it throws your vagina into a tail spin? How many times have you eaten something and then you itch and feel ishy? Yes, that's not a typo. I said Ishy not Fishy. But since Fishy came up, how many times does your scent smell way off? These topics need to have a conversation and I'm going to deep dive into this because these things affect health and your confidence in bed. I'm a big proponent for having sexual confidence for a plethora of reasons and if you aren't having sex that's ok. You still have a vagina and need good health. However, side note, owning a vibrator is good for the circulatory system, blood flow, excitement in between the sheets and more.

As we age our vaginal walls change. It's called Vaginal Atrophy. The lack of Estrogen does a real shitty number on us woman. It changes the elasticity and becomes less pliable. Many have dry, painful intercourse , burning, itching, odor and more. This sucks, I know!!!

The last time I had a vagina issue I was given antibiotics and I didn't want to go down that route. Antibiotics side affects throw my Ph balance off like many and there is no gift coming from this. It's a nightmare to have a itchy vagina and discharge that comes with this. When this happens the balance of your vagina is so off and the yeast is active. You probably could brew beer if you wanted to and if you happen to have a scrub brush shove that in there too for the itchiness relief. (Call me inappropriate, I don't care! I speak the truth and I love tossing in humor for the endorphins). The doctor prescribes antibiotics and yeast infection medication for the side affect. Now that's so messed up. WTF?!

When the doctor mentioned my Ph balance was off I knew exactly what to do. I didn't need a single thing from Big Pharma. I needed to get my Vagina in balance. I needed a beautiful Symphony. That's when I did some research and got my vagina in balance with vaginal probiotics and vaginal suppositories. I'm not a doctor, so use your own discretion. I'm a product junkie and I always suggest doing research for what product may work for you. I tried two vaginal/woman probiotics and three different types of vaginal suppositories. Everything I tried was great and the results were spectacular (wink, wink)! Follow the directions on back of the bottles and boxes. If you need a panty liner when using the suppositories, try using all cotton and unbleached. If your vagina isn't in an emergency situation and to save money, you can also use half the dose of the suppository unless you would like it full strength.

I won't go too much into woman, bladders and UTI's. However, if you have a bladder issue you have to be diligent with staying dry. Moisture is a breeding ground for bacteria, odor and throwing your

ph balance into a fiery volcanic pit of hell and we really don't want this. We don't want this for ourselves and we don't want this for our Mothers and Grandmothers who are in assisted living. It's up to you to take control over your health and our loved ones. The elderly woman are in a constant battle with moisture and this truly bothers me. Using Depends for your loved one is great but it's also hard to constantly maneuver someone who isn't able to move easily. I suggest using a heavy pad on the Depends so you can change it often and you must talk to the facility to do the same. Many end up in the hospital over this and it's easy to control. I have lots of tricks to combat this problem and if you are the primary caregiver, you have to start a vaginal and bladder regime for your loved ones NOW!

May your Vagina Symphony Stay in Frequency!
