Ceremony Most of our ceremonies are outdoors. Clothing: Please wear white, if available. Fasting: If you choose to eat before the ceremony, do so at least 2 hours prior. Many prefer to fast. What to Bring: A water bottle and a light snack to enjoy after ceremony. Donations, Memberships, Ceremonies & Retreats: All ceremony/retreat donations and memberships must be completed at least 2 weeks prior to the ceremony. What to Expect Bufo works in harmony with your soul. You may feel a heart expansion, a shift in consciousness, and heightened awareness. Changes may unfold in the days and weeks before and following your journey. You are encouraged to journal the signs and synchronicities that appear—each carries personal meaning. The integration process may begin immediately before or gradually as layers begin to peel back. Our integration team is here to support you, and you are offered two follow-up integration calls to help ground and integrate your experience. While not always disqualifying, some substances may require tapering off and a doctor’s note to proceed safely: Amphetamines (e.g., Adderall) Benzodiazepines (e.g., Xanax) Antipsychotics (e.g., Seroquel) SSRIs/SNRIs (e.g., Prozac, Wellbutrin) Heart or Blood Pressure Medications Vasodilators (e.g., Nitroglycerin) Active addiction to alcohol, pain medications, benzodiazepines, or street drugs is a contraindication. All known injuries related to psychedelics have involved participants who were not honest about their substance use or medications. Your transparency ensures your safety.
