Because all items are made-to-order through our fulfillment partner, Tapstitch, we ask that you carefully review your order before purchasing.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or replacement requests for the following issues:
- Damaged items
- Misprinted or defective products
- Incorrect items received
- Lost packages
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Approved issues may qualify for:
- A replacement item
- Store credit
- Refund consideration
Non-Returnable Items
Because our apparel is custom printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect sizing selected by the customer
- Buyer’s remorse
- Color variation due to screen settings
- Worn or washed items
Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.
Return Authorization Required
Do not send items back without prior approval. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
If a return is approved, return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided by our support team or fulfillment partner.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after review and approval.
